Big Changes
So it has been some time since I have been here but there have been and are going to be some big changes going on in my life. To let you know right off the bat I have still not installed Red Hat yet but I do have good reason and I will be doing it sooner than later. So back to these big changes that I had mentioned, I am now attending school online to learn some programming languages, that plus work does not equal much time to blog. Also I have recently discovered that I will be becoming a father, we are so excited over here at camp Kory that things have been a little hectic. With both of these newly acquired space holders in my brain I have been out of focus on my blogging. But I am back and am trying to start 2 more blogs so keep your eyes open for those guy's, time to kick the dust off these babies.

The Red Hat Experience
So, I will deploying a new Red Hat server hopefully this week. I should have that software soon and then will come the fun of letting it loose for all to see and play with. I will be blogging my experience as it all unfold, for those of you who also live in the Twitterverse you can follow me there as well, @korywagner.

Geting Started

Why Blogger?
As an avid Goggle fan this was the most obvious choice, for me anyway. In my search for blog programs I came across Blogger and Word Press, but after playing with both I found that Blogger was much easier to use and quicker to set up. If you’re as impatient as me try for your self and let me know what you think. After following the simple instructions for setting up an account and then careful deliberation on the name of my blog and what style I wanted it to appear in I am left with what you are reading today.
There are not many style choices to choose from, but enough so that you can get something going. In reading several other blogs it didn't seem that the styles that they had where up to par with some of the pro blogs out there but in reading it seems that I can change that later on in the life this blog.
Well of I go to poke around some more, I'll keep you posted as to what I discover.
What's this all about?
What better way to learn the art of blogging than do it myself, and what better way than take it one step at a time and chronicle my entire experience in a blog.
This is my goal here; I plan on taking the leap in the great sea of blogs and bloggers and try to find my own path while I learn as I go. I will be sharing my experience here with anyone who, like me, has found a great interest in this form of expression. I'll be going through what I did right and wrong and how I fixed or tried to fix all the mistakes that I have made along the way. Not knowing much about how to create a bog or all hat goes into it should be quite the experience and sharing it will be both entertaining and education for myself and I hope for some of you who chose to tag along for the ride.
To let everyone know I am truly a beginner at this, I am not a programmer or a designer of anything with a computer. I am an avid MAC fan but do little more than dabble. Until recently I really didn't do much than surf the web and mess around with the thought of getting into the IT profession, 4 classes under my belt folks. That was 3 years ago. Still, after reading a couple of blogs I really started to grow an interest and a passion for regular people like you and me where doing out there in the world.
So sit back and read on as I try to figure out what it takes to create, make and try to push this to the next level.
